    I can’t afford meat or tofu. Eat mostly rice and beans, potatoes and pasta. Can I use lentils? How do I hit Protien targets?

    dw, u can still loose weight! just be in calorie deficit! buy soya chunks or just eat yogurt or eggs! make chickpea low fat hummus,its good aswell!
