    That’s a good point. I’ve heard you can make a 500 calorie deficit work, you just have to eat protein and do resistance training to preserve muscle mass

    very true, i always worry about mistracking, so i try to round up by 100-200 calories anyway just to cover my bases.

    I'm a clear example I was puzzled with a 3 week plateau at 1200 cals. I reviewed my food and turns out I wasn't eating clean enough plus eating higher sodium. I corrected quality and reduced to 1000 and my margin of error decreased and boom weight loss stall ended I went from 11 pounds to 15 pounds. He speaks the truth.

    Why not ?? Create a calories deficit and keep fat and unprocessed carbs in the same % and protein double the amount of carbs you taking.

    yeah put em on 1200 calories and let them lose all their muscle that would give them a higher output…🤦🏼‍♂️
