settings took me about 2 hours to configure, spent pretty much all day messing with it and making the video and learning to use Sony Vegas for the first time :)
heres the download link to the mod. Just extract the files to your game directory:

This mod is confirmed legal for World of Warcraft at least. It does not give any unfair advantage nor does it modify game files, it hooks on to DirectX and modifies what you see post-render

Sorry about the slow frame rate, usually runs 30 - 60fps,
ENB takes about 10-50% performance hit at times
+ recording takes another huge performance hit
BTW get steam overlay in diablo 3 by going into your diablo 3 properties in the steam library and changing
" ... /Diablo III/Diablo III launcher.exe"
to
" ... /Diablo III/Diablo III.exe" -launch
note: you will have to run the game from the launcher to get updates
I find this mod to be completely safe but I still say use at your own risk.

The ENB is more polished than the other video, did u ask if bliz will ban u for this? Cause ENB series differ from darkd3
There was a topic about ENB with world of warcraft, I forget which mod said it but they said it was fine as long as it gave no unfair advantage just like the addons
What's worrying me is that Blizzard is very strict about the ToS for d3, I myself have tried using both FXAA injector's sharpening and ENB series for d3. Now I regret it -_-
My screen goes to blackout after copy your enb files to diablo 3 directory, but sounds and game plays on any idea pls?
d3d9 is a DX hook, I do not use an injector, direct X is a microsoft thing that diablo 3 uses to render, direct x has nothing to do with diablo 3 game files, and I'm not banned
Injector is why you got banned, you are INJECTING something into the game files
8 fps... meh
