[EN] #1 Gregg Braden : Who are we ?

Today I welcome in Métamorphose Gregg Braden, the international speaker, American writer and author of best-sellers awarded by the New York Times as "The Divine Matrix". Gregg Braden is an explorer of human potential, a pioneer of epigenetics that reveals scientific discoveries validating concepts of spirituality known for millennia. We will talk about the impact of language in our lives, human evolution, heart-body-brain coherence, the links between science and spirituality and ask the fundamental question: who are we? An ultra exciting episode with an internationally recognized man - Episode #1
Pour la VF, podcast numéro #127 de Métamorphose
In this episode with Gregg Braden, I will discuss the following themes :
How does new scientific research challenge Darwin's theory of evolution?
What is "heart-brain coherence", why is it important and what is the technique to achieve it?
Tell us about the power of language. You say that the language we use determines the way we think, that words are directly linked to the neurons in our brain?
How does this impact our lives?
Can you tell us about the role of cortisol in the development of diseases, and how to avoid generating it?
Who is my guest of the week, Gregg Braden?
My guest today is an explorer of human potential, a pioneer in epigenetics and a revealer of scientific discoveries that validate concepts of spirituality known for millennia.
He has traveled the world to meet mystics and sacred texts preserved in temples and monasteries, to answer the question: "who are we? He is the author of "The Divine Matrix", "We are not what Science has said about us", "Fractal Time" and others, and his latest book is "The Codes of Wisdom". He bridges science, spirituality and human potential.
Some quotes from Gregg Braden's podcast :
"According to the Hopi people, we only live in a reality of the present moment".
"We consider ourselves separate from each other but it is a belief"
"Much of the Western language, there's separation, which is true and false."
"Indigenous languages often reflect cooperation."
"Why don't those who heal get sick ? Because beauty boosts immunity"
"Beauty changes the chemistry of the body and the way we feel about ourselves."
"Science is made to be updated and renewed. It's not static, it has to change."
"It gives us power when we go off the beaten path and into the heart."
"Most indigenous traditions teach children to interpret the world through their hearts."

Great interview. Thank you. I have immense gratitude and admiration for Gregg Braden. I learn a lot from him even though I do not agree with everything he says. For example I observe both competition and collaboration in nature … and I do not judge either negatively. Also to the best of my knowledge I believe there’s a confusion in the podcast between Psalm 91 and 23.

Lost sheep all around. Wandering aimlessly not knowing anything but thier world. What is the truth? No one seems to know . Gregg however has given me a new perspective. A better way to think. It will still take all of us to make things work. We are different races ive been told. I think there is only one race ...the human race. When we can look at people without color ,without sepperation , then we will thrive.

Such an interesting podcast - Gregg never fails to deliver provocative thoughts. Just a comment about old-guard professors teaching the obsolete.I graduated from UC Berkeley in the early 1980's and one upper-division course I took was called, 'California Indians' taught by a professor Heizer who had studied under Professor Kroeber in the early 1900's (Kroeber was famous for studying/supporting the last of his tribe, a man named Ishi). At any rate, on the first day of class with Prof. Heizer, he announced to the packed classroom that he was dying of cancer, had nothing to lose and was going to tell us the truth about the California Indians and the genocide that had been visited upon them. And that is what he did - explaining that there was nothing the university administration could do to him as his days were almost spent. He went on to tell us how the native Californians were hunted down and slaughtered instead of the usual tripe - that they had died en masse from disease. He spoke about the First Nations simple culture, fully supported by the bountiful food falling from the trees and in the sea ... that is California. He spoke of a peaceful people, an innocent people and a people we could have learned so much from. He gave everyone an A in that class ~ just because he could. He was finally free.

We were emersed with the Ishi story, discovered it up near Trucky at a rest stop off hwy 80. Visited the missions too. My soul mate was native too. There is a book Bartoleme de Las Casas that told the truth, but I learned in my spirit how true it was as the home I had was just down from a hole that I was experiencing a dream about a massacre. It became too real and the neighbor felt it too. This country's genocide was worse than Nazi Germany.

I came out of my alcoholism with a moment while watching two children dancing . I realized that what i had lost. My childlike love of life. Ive always wanted one thing. That is for everyone to be happy and safe and loved. I was full of hate and despair. I thought i have to get that back to some degree. I realized that 90 percent of man's problems could change threw love. It is love that is the key to success. Success in all facets. It has been there all along. I have searchfor why this world is so self destructive and why there is hate and fear. Were lost. Our thinking is defective. Why. If God is love then why is there hate. ? I saw there was holes in religious teachings. Why? Gregg's way of helping me understand is love. He says what he says because he knows the key to why and what were missing. There is eons of destuctive thinking. Not much has changed. There are sick people and the powerful who control the people who are trapped in a systems that they would change if they could. All this could change overnight if we all thought differently. We not them or they. We all have to change and use the power of the universe which i believe is love. But how? It seems so deep rooted. We need a software update. The bigger picture is beyond simple minds. They know not what they can be and its too large of a grand concept to understand....or so it seems to me. I can be a guiding example and mabe get others to understand at least to the best of my ability.

If you think about what we eat..or how we eat. Most people eat for pleasure, and not for what the body needs. One can change their diet, but still enjoy what we are eating. I changed from a diet that included a lot of meat, which I used to enjoy..to a vegetarian diet..I still enjoy my food, and also feel better for it. I also have the benefit of knowing that no animal had to suffer so that I could benefit health wise. I don't have to end one life, so that my own life can continue.

@@metamorphosepodcast :-) ..

Human are the product of the fusion between apes and the Annunaki who came from the planet Nibiru. Read Zechariah Sitchin’s “Earth Chronicles” namely “The Twelfth Planet”. Who we thought were the gods of mythology are our ancestors and those same people are still alive waiting to return to claim their creation. What does that mean? This we must figure out quickly before they do return so that we are prepared for what our future portends for us.

Thank you gregg for sharing with us. I was just wondering, you said we dont share DNA with Neanderthal but some people do have some because we bred with them at some point. Would this have anything to do with our blood types? I have been researching blood types for yrs and its really strange as to why an rh- pregnant womans immune system would destroy her own offspring as if it were a foreign object if the baby is rh+. Just wondering if anyone else has looked into this and what are you views
