The Navajo ‘Principle of Beauty’ has literally blown my mind. For years I have looked at beautiful things and tried to define why I see them and why I seek them. Now I understand. In addition to this, the importance of seeing beauty in every situation. Since coming across a book of Gregg’s in a library 9 years ago, I have been on a journey of discovery and it’s wonderful. Thank you so much for graciously sharing this conversation. I look forward to reading the book.

Reflecting on beauty reminds me of St. Augustine’s famous prayer “Late have I loved you, O Beauty ever ancient, ever new, late have I loved you! You were within me, but I was outside, and it was there that I searched for you. In my unloveliness I plunged into the lovely things which you created. You were with me, but I was not with you. Created things kept me from you; yet if they had not been in you they would have not been at all. You called, you shouted, and you broke through my deafness. You flashed, you shone, and you dispelled my blindness. You breathed your fragrance on me; I drew in breath and now I pant for you. I have tasted you, now I hunger and thirst for more. You touched me, and I burned for your peace.” ― Saint Augustine of Hippo

As an artist, spiritual being, world traveler, and student of life and cultures - I agree that beauty is a force that changes us from within. It's also about us being open to see and experience beauty. It's sad when people shut off their awareness of beauty all around them, or how too many associate beauty only being accessible to the wealthy. God bless you and your mother Gregg. I'm so grateful she brought you into our lives and shared you with humanity. And God bless Banyen books.

I have been learning from Gregg for about 3 years now and just received this book in the mail. I started reading it the other day and I'm so excited to have finally got one of his books. I've ordered a few of his books before for gifts for others who don't get online much and they are changed by then as much as I am watching his lectures. Gregg had changed my life in many ways and allowed me to have the confidence to follow through on following my heart . Things I felt were true but couldn't see. Thank you so much for being you Gregg. I hope one day in our lives we will be able to sit and have a conversation together. You brought back my faith in humanity in this world that I lost a very long time ago. And I'm greatfull for that. I also wanted to say that your upcoming retreat in Jacksonville Florida is an excitement that I look forward to even though I can not afford to go. I'm going to be working as much as I can to try. You are the change I wished for in this world and you showed me that I can be to. Thank you again for all that you are and do. I am truly sad to hear about your mother... I could sense how close you two were. But she is still near by on the other side smiling and very proud.

Listening to you Greg has confirmed for me what I've "known" inside my BEing and spoken about to others regarding language. The English language was created to "separate" and build an architecture within to contain and constrain. If bring your awareness to your words when articulating in English you can start to see and feel the "boxing" and "separating" that it creates.. Even when speaking about a topic that is all about "freedom" or "expansion" it creates still a kind of separation and containment UNTIL you SHIFT your ENERGETIC AWARENESS to it and build the "picture" from your NOW HEART SPACE❤ I love what you say about the Hopi Indian language and being now past or future languaging. It FEELS so beautiful to sit in that knowledge. It brings everything thing and person back to the ONENESS of ALL in the ZERO POINT of all CREATION where all possibilities exist and can be observed and chosen. 🤩

Thank you Gregg. For your gift of the written word and this wonderfully insightful book. To you personally, my heartfelt feelings for the loss of your mum. It really touched my heart when you talked about her passing. It reminded me of also my beautiful mum whom I hast lost many years ago. You are a great inspiration to us all with your valuable knowledge and we all honour the love of your own mum in this post. Wendy. Melbourne Australia

Words are very powerful when formed in our heart and spoken into being . Often times our heart and mind are contrary one to the other . Therefore guard your heart for what may enter . All that has ever been made manifest on this finite plain was formed with a spoken word of intent . Both positive and negative alike the same law applies . Cursing and blessing has been set in our mouth . Choose wisely therefore how you speak to others and the universe . Do not give credence or consent to the ugly , weak , destructive and debilitating thoughts of fear and anxiety . They are only false imaginings . And yes anger is a secondary emotion . It stems from fear . Usually fear of not getting something you want , or losing something you have . Instead , with a loving heart , speak that which you wish to see come to fruition . Then with confident expectation wait patiently and receive that which you wish , so that your gladness be made full . Our Creator and Father of the heavens and earth will give you the desires of your heart . What those become is up to you .

Beautiful interview with Gregg. He is so knowledgeable and gracious with his astute wisdom born from 37 plus years living his purpose. His sharing about his mother’s passing was a very honest and tender insight. Bravo for the interview and for publishing his fine library.

About the heart neural network, it is what hesychasm is all about : repeating endlessly "Jesus Prayer", also called "Heart Prayer", associated with a special breathing rythme, engraving it in the heart until it repeats by itself even when sleeping. This spiritual practice was developed by Middle East monks during the first centuries of Christianity.

"All things that happen are important and good, because they bring us to where we are supposed to be." tt ... A wonderful "truth" shared with me, by a patron of my art! So simple, and helps me not judge, but learn from each thing that comes into my daily life. And THUS why I rediscovered Gregg!! A true blessing! Thank you Gregg!!

You explain this so easily, Gregg. The Hopi were amazing, consciousness in the present and all being connected in the now, includes the past and future but most importantly is the now. Just beautiful. Thank you for helping us understand ourselves.
