My client connected EH & Xero. (I’ve not seen the integration) They have told me that at a BAS or AS level they still need to add the figures manually. Is this correct? Does the information not push through?

Just a glorified add......want a tutorial for employees on how to use app as can't find where to enter TFN or book unavailability. For a simple app there is big holes

Hi there - thank you for sharing your questions with us. This video is indeed not meant as a demonstration/tutorial, but rather a feature showcase. We do have a series of new demo videos coming, so keep your eyes peeled :) In the meantime, the answers to your questions are as follows: 1) TFN unfortunately can't be currently updated within the app, but you can do so through logging in through your desktop account. 2) As for booking unavailability, assuming it is in regards to your upcoming schedule and you used to use WorkZone before, this article should help: help.swagapp.com/hc/en-gb/articles/6363840440207-Employee-Rosters-and-Unavailability-Work-WorkZone Let us know if you have any further questions - always happy to help :) - Amy
