They said Training is 6 months but from 2nd month itself they started giving work to me. full Micro Management, worst work culture. Very low salary 15K per month, 5K basic SALARY, remaining are Allowances Signed an AGREMENT for 3 years on paper (not on 100rs stamp paper) HR said if you want to LEAVE company, you need to pay TRAINING Amount (15K x 6 months = 90K) My doubt: Now if I decided to leave, do I need to pay full 90K (or) need to pay BASIC SALARY i.e. 5K x 6 months = 30K Now what to do please if someone knows solution, please help me
