I wish someone would tell them to fuck off next question and tell the next one the same since these press gatherings are mandatory. I would refuse to do it if i were in that position and that were an option.

He's 1000% spot on. Politics in ALL forms poisons everything it touches. The original reason for having governments has been completely bastardized so much its ridiculous. Leave sports alone.
@lcunash8093

If you say that politics has been “bastardized” doesn’t that mean that politics in its pure form isn’t poisonous? Which contradicts what you first said… so which is it?
@redherring4119

@@lcunash8093 What? I said the original reason for having governments has been bastardized. Government in its purest form ensures order and peaceful coexistence. Of course its great in its purest form. Without government there is total anarchy. But the infusion of political ideology into the process of government which leads to capture of government by some for their own interests makes government poisonous.

Well said Thomas. Respect.
Class act
These journalists need to be replaced asap. They add nothing to football. We don't need athletes to to talk about politics or war, because at the end of the day their opinion, stance or thoughts don't matter one bit. Keep politics out of sports. We don't pay them to talk about that so stop asking them.

Spot on. Top man tuchel
It's really annoying that the media constantly mixes politics with sports. Leave sports alone. It's supposed to be entertainment and escapism for the fans/viewers. I don't care what athletes and coaches have to say about politics, politicians or war. I watch sports and people involved in sports to escape or avoid thinking about other stuff. We need to take our minds off these things from time to time. We don't need it shoved in our faces every channel we watch.

Well done to Tuchel
His so pissed off with all these questions
Fantastic big respect
Really brilliant answer. You can tell he worries and has an extremely humble opinion on the matter, and he knows of Chelsea's sensitive situation due to Abramovich, but he knows any sort of even half-assed statement he could ever give regarding the matter would potentially open a Pandora's box of parasitic journalism and shitty headlines all pointed at him, thus distracting his team and staff by turning his job as a manager into an unwilling politician. It's completely unfair to ask such a question yet they can't help themselves making drama whilst getting to hide behind the cameras; absolute cowards.
Why reporter do not ask about Palestinians, Afghans, Iraqis, Syrians crises????? !!!! Such hypocrites!!
Thomas - next time a football journalist asks you questions about Ukraine, or Abramovich just get up and walk out. It's what I would do.
He’s right.
Things are hard. Leave me alone.
Please they should not disturb my coach
Perfect answer!
Well done, Tuchel.
I agree
Imagine growing up wanting to be a news reporter !!!!!
Its like when these journalists ask football manager about covid.
football is still a game ? leave politics out of football
I've never once woken up one day and thought "Hmm, I wonder what this footballer thinks." About anything other than FOOTBALL.

Here I thought some people outside the pitch or even at the press deserve red card
Ask him about football only he is a top football manager he is right
Would love to see the new age definition of what a journalist is supposed to be...
The current hype about Russia vs Ukarine (no matter the justifications) just goes to show there is selective justice, which is injustice in it's purest form. Where was all these questions and euphoria to help other people when Iraq was being attacked? When Lybia was being attacked? When we supplied weapons to Saudi Arabia to continue attacking Jemen (till date)? When Syria was being attacked? All these hypocrites just continue to display their bias and lies for all to see.
