These 2 numbnuts go from being reasonable at analizing games, players and the lack there of and all the shifting around Ange has to make to get an operational team on the park, Physically and Mentally. They go to having hurt fealings by Ange's comments by stating truths and now they ask why this improvement hasn't come earlier. Trible D heads!!! Dragusing has been training an extra 2 hours a day to get to his current level, and good for him, Injurys, poor back up players etc, seem to slip their minds. I have never gone into any game wanting to loose, as a player or coach, I find that abhorrent to throw a game, I would us a better team as guide to the level where we need to be, to be successful. ps Sony is not playing good enough to be in the side, and I agree Geo should be in the team and not Maders or play both, and that is an uniformed view, not being the coach on a daily basis, as are these fans. JMO. With this tribal mentality we may as well go back to the days of gangs going for fights and not the football, ps Sims seems to be the most defensive of himself JMO

He was well right , we should want to win every game regardless . Been a fan for 60yrs , never seen this crap before . Was a season ticket holder for many years , till ill health (getting old ). Too actually revel in losing a match is well out of order , i find it repulsive . Never happened in my lifetime , and to find a channel that actually supports it is a no no too me , you fight too win every match , every game . Thats what its all about , even though we were out played . Do or die . Thinking about removing my sub , these guys were well out of order . and they think its funny . Tell Jimmy Greaves that , and he would tell you where too go .Lets see Chelsea over take us now . Laugh then will we .

I'm a Spurs fan who thinks Ange is 100% right. We could have stopped Arsenal winning the league by beating them, but the team wasn't good enough. He's right we shouldn't care who wins the league if it isn't us. We need this message from him to filter into the players and the club as a whole. Win more games and put destiny into your own hands, forget everyone else.

Fans yelling to him to throw the game while on the sidelines (it happened). And YOU are willing to let it go? We’ll be lucky if Ange doesn’t leave the club. He’s a classic Aussie sportsman. High integrity and not to be distracted by sideshows in his pursuit of building a winner. And he’s very transparent as modern football managers go. Truth hurts. Spurs are finishing miles ahead of where everyone thought we’d be and a little more respect is due him. You’re going to forgive him? I was about to comment exactly this until I saw you had said it. These guys misrepresented the reality of recent events and Ange's words by forcefully conflating the way fans behaved yesterday with the state of the team's performances over the last few games, which is crazy stupid. And they're just generally lying about Ange's consistency/position in relation to the fans. It was embarrassing to watch. I for one don't, and think no one should, give a shit about who wins the league if it isn't us. Now, although I do hate Arsenal, I grant that my outsider's perspective as a long-time American fan is devoid of the really intense, near-inborn, rivalrous contempt for Arsenal that is in the heart of the average English Spurs fan and therefore likely more closely parallels Ange's own perspective and mentality than that of said average Spurs fan. BUT if yesterday gave true insight into the "average Spurs fan's" mentality in regard to their own club, then it is a dogshit, loser mentality. If a Spurs fan cares about Arsenal winning the league and dogging on us for both "handing it to them" and for not winning anything ourself, and as a result hopes and cheers for Spurs to lose a game just to cost Arsenal the title instead of hoping for us to earn points/measure ourselves against an all-time great team, subconsciously they have resigned themself to the position of being a loser, and not just at the moment but in the future as well. Simply put, you cannot both truly believe in your team's potential for future growth/success and simultaneously prioritize "robbing" another team of success over striving for success of your own; in my mind those positions are mutually exclusive.

Im not one of the fans who wanted us to lose to spite arsenal, but its a disgrace how many now are turning against their own fanbase who have been here for years, decades, generations because of one manager who has barely been here less than a season all of a sudden wants to argue and blame the fans when we've lost 5 in 6 games! This is down to his own ineptitude, the fans arent the ones picking the team, on the pitch, in the locker rooms/boardroom. Why should the outcome of a game to a team not participating in it matter more than the effect of that game on Tottenham Hotspur Football Club? I don't care who it is. I don't support Spurs so Arse don't win another title. I care we beat them when we play them, otherwise I don't give a damn what they do. Results are part of the process. We're on a good path here. They've achieved more than expected, Europa league over a projected bottom half team is huge. Worry about Arsenal winning the title when it's them or us.

In my opinion, Ange should’ve gone a full Conte and throw the club and its fanbase under the bus simply because we can’t handle Arsenal winning the league and celebrating in our neighborhood. Sure, it will be painful especially during our Pochettino era we were so close to league title and champions league. If we won at least one of those big trophy, it would’ve been easier to handle. What Ange is saying we have to be bigger and dream that ultimate success would only come to us if we as fanbase can dust off Arsenal winning league and focus on our path to success. So Ange has rightly called out the perennial loser mentality of this club and its fan base (the 3rd high profile manager of Spurs on the bounce to do so) and the butthurt defence these two have come up with for being complicit in that loser mentality last night is that the ONLY thing riding on the result was Arsenal winning the league? If Spurs had won last night they'd be 2 points behind a tiring Villa side that have to travel to a resurgent and dangerous Palace on the final day of the season while Spurs visit the worst team in the league - this wouldn't have put huge pressure on Villa to not bottle 4th on the final day? City losing last night did not guarantee Arsenal the title, but in the very unlikely event that Arsenal beat Everton and City drop points to West Ham, Spurs will have squandered their own chance at CL qualification to spite Arsenal for nothing anyway. As ever, Spurs laugh at Arsenal for a couple of days, but the rest of the footballing world laughs at Spurs indefinitely

Implying Son is unprofessional! Even if it’s half a percent? All the players wanted to win the game. Sadly a section of the fans and the media have fueled the fire. There is healthy rivalry and unhealthy rivalry. There’s been a lot of the latter. Ange wants to win always and as a supporter so do I. I don’t care about what other teams do only about what Spurs do. Some of the fans behavior in the stadium was totally embarrassing. Ange didn’t make a big thing of it. Some of the fans and the media started all this. He does not deserve this. I am so cheered by many of the comments below and by many 'thumbs-up' in agreement on each posting! This utter nonsense in wanting our glorious club to 'throw a game' - or be more concerned about bloody Arsenal - because of a hundred year plus feud is childish, stupid, ignorant and unsportsmanlike. For you to try and defend it is indefensible! Any negativity is from those who talk about losing the game on purpose, or who understand those who have that viewpoint. Ange was not over the top at all! If we support our club, we support it through thick and thin. We support the team and we should want and expect them to win EVERY GAME they play. What ever happens with Arsenal should be of little or no consequence to any of us. I fully understand that feelings run deep because of historic facts, but to even begin to make excuses for those who think that what we should worry more about how Arsenal end the season than how we do, has a screw loose. Ange must be wondering what the hell he's got himself into. It's sheer bloody madness. I've supported Spurs for over 60 years. I've been to over 800 games involving our club, and never once have I dreamt of worrying more about my club than any other club, especially Arsenal. That smacks of being a traitor to the past; to the likes of Bill Nicholson, Mike England, Alan Gilzean, Cliff Jones, Jimmy Greaves, et al. They must be all turning in the graves. Young know-it-alls, who've been supporting the club for what, 8,10,20 years, thinking that they are the mouth-piece of this glorious and historic club. For Heaven's Sake - GROW UP!

Two trophies since 1999. 8 lost FA Cup semi final defeats on the bounce. We buy players over and over that are not up to spec. Two years ago we were better than Arsenal. He was clearly angry at the result and angry that the fans didn't support the team when they needed it most! How can anyone hate another team more than wanting your own team to win against the top of the league side? And what does that do for the player's confidence going forward when they lose faith in the fans? It's stupid to want Arsenal to lose more than for our team to win? I think we played really well throughout and I think, with a bit more support from the stands, it could've been a different result altogether. Btw, he didn't go over the top at all, I thought he was very measured in his response, he certainly didn't rant like Conte or Mourinhio did.

I am sorry but you are ignoring the despicable nature of what happened. It seems that some "fans" hate Arsenal more than they like Spurs. Their behaviour cannot be justified on recent poor results, stick with the team through thick and thin and ignore who might win the League. If Arsenal were to win they deserve it, they are playing good football no matter what blinded opinions some fans may have. In fifty years of supporting Tottenham I can never recall a similar occurrence so devoid of thought. There was an outside chance of gaining a place in the Champions League and people wanted the opposition to win. I will no longer follow your channel because you clearly have misunderstood Ange's reaction to your views about yesterday's match.

@@1607Adi_Manz The spirit of the game is that each team battles for a win and the team with the most points at the end of the season become champions. It is hard and the team that succeeds does so on the strength of 38 games. To be handed three points because of a local rivalry diminishes the feat. I may not want Arsenal to win the league but should they do so I ought to be able to recognise the quality of their team otherwise it becomes meaningless. I want Spurs to be better but not to be the arbiters of who is the better out of Man City and Arsenal. We were beaten by Arsenal, we lost our chance to reduce the chance of them winning the premiership.
