We're back with Emma, who is here to share her story of recovery from PPPD, vestibular migraine, debilitating 24/7 symptoms. Emma tells us that she suffered from health anxiety for a long time, and when the dizziness symptoms hit, they quickly became debilitating and terrifying. At her worst Emma was experiencing many different symptoms, including dizziness, visual issues, visual snow, tingling, numbness, pressure, insomnia, brain jolts, vomiting, trouble speaking and more. Thankfully, Emma is feeling so much better nowadays. In this interview, she shares what she did to recover and where she is today. Enjoy!
