WOW THAT'S AMAZING...I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER SPEAKERS BUT I HEARD CRESENDO SPEAKER ARE CRAZY.

kenny brah you a beast with that tuning shit brah.. nobody ive heard has a sound like that. you dont have a meter or nothing just all ears.

The thing with the sealed back is that you don't need to worry about building the right enclosure to put it in. However it doesn't deliver under 400hz, so you need to cross over and add a sub. It also starts to break up over 4khz and gets really ugly, so I would cross over around 3khz and let a tweeter do the work above that. Also if you use a crossover and remove under 400Hz the energy that was being applied down there, resulting in distortion, can be refocused to the mid and the speaker can go twice as loud.

Alpha sounded more balanced. The closed back had midrange shout. Cheers

Typically sealed back mids are quite peaky. Compare the graphs on the data sheets.

the aphla is a midbass speaker where the closed back is a midrange speaker. There should be more vocals in it.

Nice vid man I'm trying to get really loud voice in my doors I wanted 4 6 1/2 inch door speakers that are really loud I had some PRV ones but there not loud I had the 6 mb200 there not voice I needed mr for voice but nobody told me that they just wanted my money my boy had 4 eminence in his car they were screaming loud the la6-Cmbr so I hope they work with a 2000 watt apcl audiopipe amp

gennaro chavis use a 4 channel to power the 4 6's adlease 2400.4 or more for the amp... And 4 tweeters to clean it up

u can try the selenium 6w4p or 8w4p both very good mids

If you use the closed back you need another bass/mid driver or have nothing between 100 and 400Hz. I have horn loaded the closed backs for Bill Fitzmaurice cabs along with Eminence APT80 and they get perceivably twice as loud again!!

Open is good if you tune them right I always went with open on a good amp and eq

How about you test that sealed back eminence against the Faital PRO FE SERIES, 6FE200 . Its also a 6 inch and it cost 55 dollars. I think its waaaay better than the eminence and is also cheaper. Its on ebay.

I know it's a year old comment but you can always do a digital sound processor switch the amp to full range and tune it in with the sound processor.

oh and chino me and my dawgs will be running mtx extremes, spl and sealed backs ya'll gonna have a problem. but after what nature did to the honda at the swap we have to beat nature with the music.

i know you know music because of the selection of amp your using.. but i dont agree with the emenince alpha 6. you'll be better off with the cresendos its way more clears then that speakers your running with..
