What’s funny is, when people ask me what my favourite Eminem song I always say this is it. It’s so raw and honest while still so early into his career. I love it.

Eminem - In My Head To have a complete picture of Eminem`s discography, you also need to listen to his recent stuff, even if it is not as good as his older material. Understanding that Current Em is different than Older Em is important!

The Slim Shady LP is actually Eminem's second album, it's his first album under Aftermath records after when he signed by Dr. Dre. His first album is called Infinite, I think it sold like 1,000 copies and that's it. Y'all should react to some tracks off it

I was the mom go bought it and my son was around 5 yrs old 😂 he took it when he spent the night at the neighbors and I received a call from the mom saying are you aware your son has this cd? I said oh, that’s mine, thanks 😂😂 I was a young mom and my sons been a fan ever since .

To, “damn, this dude got real lyrical, content, storytelling skill, some real $hit” due to “Rock Bottom” & “97 Bonnie & Clyde”....

I know it's a first listen but the opening is a kind of "fuck you" the kind of person who has never really struggled in life. The first two verses paint a picture of the desperation of being poor while the last verse describes the lengths one will go to in order to not be poor.
