Filmato interessante ed anche ben fatto, comprensibile nei passaggi, complimenti. Anche io posseggo un Maximat Super 11 ed un Emco 3 piccolo ma eccezionale per le minuterie.

Very nice video, very useful to watch as it's difficult to find information for repair. I recently obtained an old Super 11 from one I learned on when I was 18. Frustratingly when I shift the left lever to the left it does not stay engaged so when operating jumps out of gear making that terrible gear skipping sound! I released the allen bolt and tried different positions to see if I can improve, but without fully understanding how it locks it's engagement position it's hard to fix. I don't want to force and damage, it may feel like there is a detent position? Unfortunately with me tightening and retightening several times I have accidently fractured the aluminium lever arm which is annoying. If I can't find where to purchase a new one, will have to make a new one. If you have time and perhaps can explain how the lever keeps engaged would be appreciated. It is probably sometime simple I am not understanding and with an older used machine movements are not as smooth as they once were. cheers!

Ciao Amico, grazie mille per aver postato il video per cambiare i cuscinetti del Maximat Super 11. Ho anche un Maximat Super 11, e poco tempo fa stava generando un rumore, a quanto pare penso siano i cuscinetti. Vorresti indicarmi dove hai acquistato il KIT di ricambio per guarnizioni, cuscinetti e anelli OR? ... non ho ancora smontato ogni cambio, ma ho una domanda, quando sei andato a smontare la scatola, come hai estratto il primo e secondo cuscinetto? Grazie mille per l'aiuto che mi puoi fornire.

Ciao frank. Il kit di guarnizioni l’ho fatto io e ho un altro kit a disposizione. Comprende tutte le guarnizioni necessarie. I cuscinetti puoi comprare gli skf originali.

Per il primo cuscinetto, quello lato trasmissione, ho usato un pezzo di legno e una mazza per creare dello spazio per un estrattore. Quando hai sfilato albero mandrino, con un estrattore lungo puoi togliere il secondo. Entra nel gruppo Facebook emco lathe and mil group, e trova uno dei miei post e scrivi in privato ti spiego tutto

@@00GRILL Caro amico, grazie mille per la tua pronta risposta .. Ho già proceduto e mi sono iscritto al gruppo Facebook, ora non mi resta che aspettare che mi accettino. Sono molto fortunato che tu abbia pubblicato il tuo video su come effettuare la manutenzione del cambio, ti posso assicurare che è l'unico video su youtube nel suo genere. A proposito, vivo in Venezuela e non parlo italiano, ma sto usando un traduttore. Non sono un esperto nell'uso del Maximat super 11, ma ho costruito molti pezzi di necessità personale.
