The last video is still missing with the tuning and calibration and alignment to get a perfect lathe. Soon online

Ciao 00GRILL, ti faccio i miei più sinceri complimenti perché hai fatto dei video stupendi, chiari, completi di grandissima precisione. Considerando anche che video così ben strutturati su argomenti del genere è impossibile trovarne. Ho anche io un tornio identico messo maluccio e prima o poi dovrò metterci mano; sicuramente i tuoi video mi aiuteranno moltissimo! Ti è capitato di dover acquistare componenti originali? Ho trovato qualcosa su internet ma a prezzi inaccessibili. Al mio mancano una torretta seria, le lunette e la battuta longitudinale per il carro. Complimentissimi per i tuoi fantastici lavori! Continua così!!

I pezzi originali sono rari e costosi e li trovi spesso si eBay. Io avevo trovato un secondo tornio demolito e ci oh fatto dei ricambi. Per il resto si costruiscono. Le torrette io uso tipo b e poi su eBay c’è un produttore indiano che le fa uguali a emco
Eccezionale....ma posso chiederti....come fai a conoscere "benissimo" questo tornio (c'è l'ho anch'io in pessime condizioni) grande lavoro complimenti!!!! Saluti Franco

Prova a guardare gli ultimi minuti del video, penso che nessuno ne possa avere 1 conciato peggio del mio acquistato usato. Una volta fatto a pezzi l'ho rimontato, e dopo avere trovato la rotaia storta, l'ho smontato e rimontato un altra volta. Poi ne ho fatti 2 per gli amici. Perciò ho fatto a pezzi e rimontato 5 volte il tornio in questione. Ma ora il mio ha delle tolleranze migliori che da nuovo. Guarda che ci sono altri 3 video relativi ai pezzi separati. Inoltre vi è un video su inverter toshiba. Se ti iscrivi al canale e mi metti un pop di mi piace, ti ringrazio
Ciao 00GRILL vorrei farti questa domanda: vorrei provare a smontare il perno della torretta perché vorrei sostituirla con una robusta e mi piacerebbe fare un nuovo perno più robusto e con lo stesso diametro, senza il piccolo tratto di conicità. Purtroppo però il perno è bloccato e non riesco a capire come smontarlo. Tu lo hai smontato?

no non l'ho mai smontato, ma mi sembra sia dentro a pressione. Però non ne sono certo. Ma dovendolo rifare, potresti segarlo e bucare, e poi metti il tuo nuovo perno, magari filettato e bloccato con blocca filetti.
