Nah. David has been a highly influential figure toward my grounding. I find myself here when I’m anxious or depressed also. He’s one of the most real humans in the public spectrum. He’s not propping himself up as some stoic individual with no fear and problems. He’s showing firsthand the mind of a complex artist and the insecurities and humanness of real artists. Sorry it’s not a TikTok skit.

@@LiLeso982 Is any of you are into bad habits, like horror movies, smoking, drinking, listening rock music or any secular music or playing demonic games, watching harry potter movies? these things can make you deppressed because they are portals to demonic realms. Please stay away from any of these demonic bad things. I knew a neighbor that was very deppressed, everything was bad in his life... after he moved to another house his life started better.. turned out to be that he lived in a demonic house, a previous owner opened a portal to demons before him. I knew another neighbor that was totally healthy and young but after he slept with one girl... he started hearing voices.. demonic voices, turned out to be that a girl was a witch.. so her demons went inside him too. My friend told me that he knew a guy that was into horror movies, he was a fan of horror movies.. one day he became demon possessed... he hits his old father.. its so sad and horrible. I don't know if deppression in rare cases can be a result of dramas but I know for sure that most deppressions coming from a wounded soul... meaning: theres a demonic door that needs to be closed.

I remember writing a series of essay prompts to go to one of Choe's shows in LA, maybe a decade ago. I wrote about my crippling OCD. I still have these same thoughts as in this vid, sometimes more than others. None the less, a memory that sticks with me a decade later is Choe picking me out from a group, letting them go ahead. He washed my hands and feet in a commercial kitchen sink then walked with me, arm in arm. He simply asked how I was feeling with life and listened to me break internally, also feeling "stuckness." The infinite loops of rational irrationality during my OCD are debilitating, but I try going back to this moment to remember I'm not alone in this same feeling. Can't thank him enough for that moment and compassion.
