Saving things via a quick Google search of "youtube to mp4" is an excellent tool. Even if they never get deleted, this way you can watch them when the power goes out : ) much love

The best way for me to become present is to let go a little from my goal oriented mind and simply play and experiment. Entering flow state, doing breathwork and meditation, going for a walk, doing chores all make me feel present

I started thinking everyone I see is me and this thing I call me is a piece of all of us. So when I feel a certain way, it’s them and vice versa. But we’re still the same person. Words like I me he him her she etc are all the same to me now. It’s more positional than subjective. Everything about me is just a key to unlock our collective mind. I still feel like me though so it’s weird. It’s like real life and waking up are identical. I’m using ‘end child slavery’ to keep me on a path to end child slavery. I think if we truly knew better we’d do better so there’s no one to blame even.

For me, the best to slowly go into that mindset is meditation, any type of meditation It's important to not considering it like a kind of dogma or sect, it's just a practice And last but important, presence states comes and go, you have to actively go back to it, but without any sort of guiltiness when you realise your mind was wondering and you want to go back again into the present, these are just normal cycles
