Be thankful for what you can do, and even what you can enjoy in good conscience - and seek to use these things in a manner that glorifies God (and to not place the gift before the Giver, which is idolatry!). Remember gratitude, and walk with Christ seeking to reflect Him: that "whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men" (From Colossians 3) Seek opportunity to share Christ with the lost: people are dying and need Him. I've a long way to go, but Jesus is faithful.
