GREAT video Mortells. I went from my home in Charleston, West Virginia to Prudhoe Bay beginning on August 19 last year in my Jeep. Arrived in Deadhorse on August 30 and did the polar plunge the next morning. The Dalton Highway is epic, scary and spectacular. I'm glad I did it but would never do it again. Great times in Glacier National Park, Dawson City, Yukon, Chicken, Alaska and so many more on the way to the Dalton. My adventure was 12,800 miles. I'm jealous of your trip and have hopes of doing the whole thing to Ushuaia one day. Safe travels folks.

Thank you so much! Walker is 100% the star and we're just happy to be playing supporting roles 😂 We get the music from services like musicbed.com and artlist.io and I'm not sure if we're able to make a shareable playlist of them or not. I'll have to look into it!

If you're still in Alaska, be sure to drive over to Valdese. The town itself isn't anything to write home about, but the road getting there is spectacular!! Rated as one of the top 3 scenic drives in the world and easily the most beautiful I've ever been on. I've ridden a motorcycle in Alaska a couple of times and, not only is it a long way from anywhere, but it's hard to see it all. Do it while you're there. Wrangles-St. Elias National Park, the Kennecott mine, the Homer Spit, Denali - it's all amazing!! Have fun. We just watched Itchy Boots ride her motorcycle north and we look forward to traveling along on your adventure south.

Thanks so much for the recommendation! We left in late September and had planned to drive there. Unfortunately we got sick and had to sit still instead. We will be sure to do it next time we're there. We've heard it's stunning, as you say!

  • @TheMortells

@@DarkHorse08 yup! The ULSD isn't readily available in south America. It's becoming more and more available but didn't want to risk it. Also with diesel prices right now, I think we lucked out a bit. 🤷
