They’re both screaming at the end. If you listen close, she stops screaming just a tiny bit later than he does, so you can hear she’s doing a really high scream over his mid-toned scream.

the first very good list of eluveitie songs among all reactions ive seen so far id prolly add luxtos to the list and, maybe, septiernal embers, omnos, selton, but that's additionally and not for reactions (except luxtos, its worthy a reaction 100%)

Seemed you like the song. Very nice reaction. They are one of my favourite bands. The "u" in the bands name is silent [El-Vay-tee] . They are from Switzerland and their main theme is Celtic life, history and culture. They sing mainly about the Celtic tribe of the Helvetians (or Helvetii) who lived in the area of todays Switzerland and bordering regions (like south-west Germany, western Austria or south-eastern France). They use a lot of traditional instruments besides the "usual" metal gear like bagpipe, tin whistle (not a flute), low whistle (bigger version of a tin whistle), mandola, fiddle, harp, hurdy gurdy and bodhran. Besides the Folk Metal songs they've also done two acoustic albums with no metal at all (Evocation I: The Arcane Dominion and Evocation II: Pantheon). On these albums they sing in Gaulish, the extinct (since 500 AD) language of the continental Celts that could be reconstructed by using inscripions found at archeological sites from all over Europe. For a bit more hurdy gurdy, you can check out the channel of Eluveities current hurdy gurdist Michalina Malisz where she has videos explaining how a hurdy gurdy works and her "5riffs"-series where she plays riffs of famous metal bands (like Black Sabbath, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Gojira) on the gurdy. But please avoid the playthrough videos, because she does a lot of playthroughs for Eluveitie songs and you would spoil them for future reactions you might wanna do: kzread.info/dron/8affupLOlkEtH6QZGY_9Lg.html . Other Folk Metal songs you could react to are: "King", "The Slumber", "Worship", "Deathwalker", "Tegernako" (live at Summerbreeze 2008), "A Rose for Epona", or "Quoth the Raven". From their acoustic songs I would recommend "Omnos", "Brictom", "Lugus" (Celtic god of trade and craftsmanship), "Caturix" (celtic god of war) or "Epona" (with Gaulish and English lyrics and an explanation at the end who Epona is). The band had a major lineup change in 2016, so you can see some different members in their videos (for example the female singer Anna Murphy, who was also their hurdy gurdist until 2016 when she left the band and got replaced with Fabienne Erni. Anna is now with her own band "Cellar Darling"). Fabienne has a side project (together with guitarist Jonas Wolf) called "Illumishade". Christian "Chrigel" Glanzmann (founder, main vocalist) and Fabienne Erni (female clean vocals and harp player) did an interview for the podcast of a vocal coach with some more info about the band : kzread.info/dash/bejne/q2Vo0qOyn6TPebA.html . Check out Fabienne’s side band called “Illumishade”, they released their first full-length album last year. Eluveitie is my favorite band but Fabi really gets to display her range on vocals in Illumishade.

For two other levels of Eluveitie, you need to check call of the mountains or epona for more radio freindly folk rock style, And the artios for the most sublime mellow level. More on this level, deathwalker, King, thousandfold, atenagos.....

The Hurdy Gurdy is the coolest instrument in Metal in my humble opinion :)

King by them is another banger. Too underrated among suggesters. It has one of my favourite solos of all time.

They are considered Pagan Metal. Their songs are based off Pagan Mythology. Also The instrument is a Hurdy Gurdy.

Got to see them live vip and met them all. The vocalist loves to do cocaine. Smoked a joint with the old drummer. The young drummer guy is new and a couple of the other members are new. All really cool people. Very professional

Nope. Mandolin would be closer, it's a bouzouki (at least that's what they say it is)

I think the round guitar thing is a mandola.

Instruments: Celtic mandola, hurdy gurdy, 2 whistles, violin, 2 guitars, bass, drum.

I don't get the power metal tempo paired with the epic instruments.....
