First of all thank you, you're one of the rarest youtubbers sharing all steps you follow to build chokes and trafo's. By the way, may I ask you how long you leave the trafo dipped in beeswax and at about what temperature you preheat it in oven?

Thank you for your kind words! I usually don't preheat the transformer in the oven, I just leave the transformer in wax for about 10 minutes. I make sure that the wax that hardens at first on the transformer melts fully and becomes a liquid. Then I pull it out of the wax and if there are still parts of solid wax on it I dip it back into the wax for couple of minutes more.
