A companies character is measured by who owns and runs it. Yes a government can be considered a company, but whoever has stock in it is the character of the company. That includes cooperatives.

I hope to still be around for when humanity exits the fossil fuel and renewable energy era and allow those special people who want to explore and development for the use of zero-point energy.
