I didn’t see Debicki, I saw Diana through out the series. And I sobbed like a baby the whole of Episode 4. And it made me question myself: how can we cry so deeply for someone we never met? Such strong feeling, nevertheless so real.

Elizabeth Debicki deserves all the awards! Such a captivating performance.. I cried the whole 4th episode. There were shots that made me feel like diana herself was on screen.. her voice was spot on. I hope she wins an emmy... The best portrayal of Princess Diana I've ever seen!!

Out of all people who have portrayed Diana, she’s by far and large the best. Her voice is haunting. It’s like her again. Had it been a movie she would’ve got an Oscar for sure. It’s truly impressive

Elizabeth as Diana is one of the most staggeringly perfect pieces of television casting I've ever seen. She commands every scene with a gravitational force that the scripts have become incapable of producing by themselves. Such a beguiling, magnetic performance, she really earned the Emmy.

The way she transforms physically into Diana's role while she looks nothing like her here is truly phenomenal!

Many times I forgot I was watching an actress and actually felt I was watching Diana, very surreal. Amazing performance. I’ve never seen anyone embody her so incredibly well.

When she says that first “in the past 12 years” I got goosebumps all over!

The most spot-on Diana of all the actresses who portrayed her! It's crazy how she doesn't look like Diana yet onscreen she IS her! Hands down to her acting & esp the makeup, wardrobe and props department.

Absolute chills down my spine watching her performance as Diana. She really is a gifted actress.

Her voice is absolutely haunting. She sounds exactly like Diana.

She's wonderful as Diana. Not an easy task.Terrific actress! She deserved an Emmy for that performance. I also find Debicki incredibly charming , self effacing and humble. I look forward to her other projects.

"And Elizabeth Debicki" The fact that she got an "And" credit next to her name in season 5 and 6's opening intro shows that her performance is something unique and special for the last two seasons of The Crown. Actors who are named last in the billing cast are usually for actors who are big names in a small role or actors who aren't big names yet but played a character that's iconically recognizable so the latter was why Debicki named last in the cast credit with an "And" next to her name and she deserves it! They couldn't have pick a better actress to play Diana in the 90s ❤

Exactly...I had same thoughts though I found her not perfect in scenes of season 5 with dominic esp scenes where they discuss Camilla but in s6 ..nobody could say she wasn't Diana though her face cut isn't like hers But I started hating Diana after s6...the trauma she subjected her boys to for her impulsiveness n rich vacations...I know v few agree with me,perhaps only the silent generation who didn't approve of that behaviour so the line by Prince Philip,"that's the difference between your mother n his mother"

Elizabeth debicki truly deserves all the appreciation for playing diana her captivated performance in episode 4 had me in tear it was heartwrenching best diana portrayal so far i ever seen absolutely spot on! She deserves all the awards for this.

So incredibly happy that Elizabeth Debicki and her The Crown co-stars got to promote the final season of The Crown after the strike ended. When it comes to a final season of any hit TV show, you definitely want to see the actors to promote hard for in appreciating their effort in giving us these beloved characters one last time. I love all of the cast in The Crown, they all did such a marvelous job especially Emma Corrin and Debicki playing the world's favourite princess. God bless the cast of The Crown ❤️

Yes Elizabeth is a good actor but they have portrayed Diane as a simpering fool. Diane was a strong confident woman, she blossomed after she got rid of her cheatin husband Sorry I turned it off half way through the first episode. I will watch the crash and the reaction of the Royal Family

the way she speaks and holds herself even in this interview reminds me of Diana..truly beautiful

It’s incredible how Australian actors can do perfect British accents. I suppose we’re family anyway, but the phonetics was just perfect.

maybe the other way around as well? Kate Winslet did the best Australian accent i've ever heard during the Dressmaker. She sounded like a real aussie.

As a foreigner, to me British & Australian accents are very similar. I can tell they are distinct, but similar sounds if that makes sense.... so I think it's easier for British people to do an Australian accent (and the other way around) than for them to do an American accent.

She was born in France and obviously traveled and stayed in England a lot growing up. Funny how us USA folks talk so differently from Brits and Aussies

out of every woman who has played Diana over the years, she is hands down THE best rendition of her, she truly captivated me with her incredible talent

I’m two episodes in of season 6 of The Crown, and Elizabeth absolutely nails the role of Princess Diana. I cry every time I watch her because like she said, Diana was a remarkable person. 😢

was crying nonstop during episode 4 this season! she did a marvelous job playing diana!

Growing up, I was a Diana stan. I was devastated when the world lost her. Debicki's performance is so captivating that it's as if Diana was brought back to life. And in episode 4, I felt heartbroken again. Elizabeth Debicki, you deserve the award. Please take it!

I watched the funeral on TV. I was heartbroken as a little girl. While watching Crown episode 4, I almost felt like I was going through the same emotions.

This girl is magic! she played Princess Di so beautifully and respectfully and I really felt I was watching Diana.

Emma Corrin will always be the best portrayal of Diana in her 20s, and Elizabeth Debicki will always be the best portrayal of Diana in her 30s. The Crown has done truly masterful work in recreating Diana, and these two actresses are just so incredibly talented. I wish them both all the best. Emma got Emmy nomination + a Golden Globe for her part, and I wish Elizabeth the same. She should get at least either an Emmy or a Golden Globe and receive nomination for the other.

Nah, Kristen Stewart’s performance was the best. She got that Oscar nomination for a good reason. Even someone that worked very closely with Diana said that Kristen’s portrayal was the best to date.

Considering the comparison whether Emma was good or debicki? Then I’ve to say debicki really nailed it…height wise acting wise in..mannerism etc

When I was watching The Crown, all I saw was Princess Di reincarnated. That is how superbly Elizabeth played this character. It was beautiful and honestly the casting for this show has been phenomenal. I wish her all the success coming her way.

Elizabeth Debicki was absolutely brilliant in this role. For most of the 4th episode, none of those actors really had to "act".

Not her mentioning Cate blanchett and Isabelle Huppert in the first few seconds. I read review somewhere that her portrayal of Diana was more Diana than Diana herself ever was. And I agree. I REALLY hope she wins the Emma.

She was brilliant in The Cloverfield Paradox, which was a very mediocre movie but she was the best part of it. After that she absolutely blew my mind with her performance in Christopher Nolan's "Tenet". I would love to see her in way more projects.
