Jon Haggerty is the One Championship Muay Thai World Champion, having defeated Nong-O by knockout! He is one of the best fighters to come out of the UK. Training out of the Knowlsey Academy in London, under Christian Knowles, Jon is one of the most exciting fighters in Muay Thai right now.
In this video we break down some padwork with Jon and Chris Knowles, looking at what makes them such a good duo.

His padwork is a beauty to watch
Besides Rodtang, Superlek, and DJ, John has to be my favourite fighter in the entire ONE roster. Right away anyone can tell this guy is something special, and Im glad he's more then proved that by now. Just wish he was a tad more active, but hey that's life lol.
