100% Christian is amazing and with haggerty they just flow so well

You could put 10000 hours in at the gym and still not have technique like this, Jonathan haggerty is on a different level and Christian Knowles is one of the best coaches around what a duo!

Man Muay Thai is damn good. We were doing these on pads today. I see why so many people enjoy training it. Especially the shin kicks. You all should try it, if you’re thinking about joining, don’t think. Do it you won’t regret it.

Just had my first ever Muay Thai fight right here in Thailand 🇹🇭 would watch this video every night to get me excited for training in the morning

Unbelievable. Such beautiful technique. Love watching him train and fight. One of my favourite fighters in this current era

John is an absolute monster the best muay thai in UK.. been watchin him since he was 16 training at team underground..And the coach here in this video is brilliant 10/10
