Jonathan Haggerty is an absolute beast. Love watching him work!! Coach Chris Knowles is a legend, proud to call him a friend and that I was there at the start of his career in Thai boxing at the tender age of 17. We were shift partners at work and I trained with him when we were both novices. I am so happy to see him become such a success in the world of Muay Thai. 👊

If you can find a PT or a pal willing to train outside you can at least get on the pads. That’s what I’ve been doing, but PT is more expensive

Been watching this Thai Warrior a long time his energy flows just like the ancients his heart is Thai as well as his mentality when fighting as well as hitting the pads.....baddest man in the game....

I love how the pad holder shouts as the strikes comes in. It helps the spiritual connection between the fighter and trainer

Amazing combination of a world champ fighter and a world class coach. If I ever get the money and time I'd love to train here, even if it's just once.

I gotta be honest, this is an absolute work of art to listen to. Just close your eyes and listen to the rhythm. Its a beautiful sound.

I absolutely 💯 love John's crisp technique. F****** perfection. You can tell that he really focuses on keeping it all the time. Plus if I had chris as a coach I'd probably work really hard cuz he makes it worth the effort as well. Makes me have the same energy as trainer Gea.

@@SiamBoxing yeah I’ve been doing Muay Thai for 11 years love it,but I’ve also done boxing and sport karate,just feel in Muay Thai they don’t use the footwork enough I’ve had this argument for years with coaches lol,obviously I know Muay Thai fighters always about being aggressive in your face pressure warriors,just feel take lot damage don’t need to,why love saenchai,
