    I'm considering going on this diet to help my thyroid inflammation but it's kind of overwhelming... I can't handle cooking on most days, so I eat a lot of whole grain bread, fruits and nuts, but I try to get a warm meal from my university cafeteria a few times a week. I'm honestly not sure how to get enough nutrition and calories in with this diet without cooking. How bad would it be if I ate mostly fruit, bread and porridge for 21 days?

    I already eliminated all the foods you mentioned and still i am reacting to stuff, my Symptoms get worse and worse, so what then?

    You should reach out to your GP and ask them to refer you for food allergy testing. There maybe something else going on.
