Excellent information that really matters, thank you!! I love how you also gave very useful and specific, clearly explained information on choosing the right types of supplements, what to look for! So important and useful! What about probiotics; rebalancing the microbiome in our gut that could be the root of our problems? Do you have any videos or information on this? Also, in detoxing from toxic chemicals and medications that are likely the cause of our toxic overload and explosion of inflammation? Thank you! God bless you!💗

Doctors don't have a good understanding of eczma, I've been thrown on steroid creams since I was a child 22 now with a steroid cream skin withdrawal issue. You gotta find your triggers, alter your diet to be anti inflammatory as much as your willing to, and follow a strict skin management regiment. Wish you well with managing it

My trigger foods are eggs nuts gluten dairy sugar🥴 I would definitely do a fruit diet. I also use aloe Vera straight from the garden over my nummular eczema flair ups..it made it so much better in looks and feels. Could tinea versicolor be linked to dermatitis
Thank you
what about the role of Histidine in foods, what about gut candida and the effects of these two on inflammation, what about the various other chemical pathways which are triggered by inflammation. Is your method 100% effective in everyone?
I get the same rashly flare ups type when exposed to intense sun and harsh water and chemicals. Otherwise I have atopic nummular chronic eczema. What a life.
Hi cristina, I also have eczema on my scalp, what is a good way to get rid of the itching? And I'm 60 years old, can I take collagen and omega3?
Hi please give tips on how to get rid of eczema scars thank u
Hey Christina, some say that collagwn supplements are of no use. What's your take on it? I have severe dry, dull and dehydrated skin with eczema.
Thankyou 😊
Dr. Eric Berg also recommends fish oil.
Interesting because a lot of peoples eczema flares due to histamine intolerance. A lot of high histamine foods are traditionally ‘healthy’ like fish, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, nuts, seeds, citrus fruits, eggplant, eggs etc

As an adult who relapsed with eczema/Atopic Dermatitis (which I had as a child but without it for decades, relapsed) and got better quickly recently-basically eczema is an energy overflow issue with vitamin b complex deficiency. It’s not allergy but AD people are not good at generating protein on skin. In my experience it got pretty much cured with lower fat (but take 20-30 mg omega 3, 6, vitamin A, zinc, iodine, vitamin b6, 1, 12 , 2, zero need for veganism), moderate protein, carbs are fine but if you eat too much sugar too fast your metabolism speeds up too much and your cell runs out of vitamin b and fat, protein, causing those itchy dry patches. Kids get AD often because their bodies are small and eating too much cause metabolic issue. Adults now get eczema because we eat a lot these days. They know all this vitamin b deficiency with high metabolism caused AD in mouse studies. This explains why both healthy low fat vegan (= lower energy intake as food tastes pretty crappy with fiber) and carnivore (=slower metabolism due to low carb) work for eczema as well as fasting. Smaller meals timed also help because our cells can’t take too much metabolizing in a short time.
My daughter also have eczema but she was allergic to egg
Try omega solution health discoveries, Shampoo and Body wash it’s amazing

Hi! I’m still dealing with eczema myself so I’m not fully healed but omw. I actually don’t think that drinking collagen alone is going to do a lot as eczema is not a skin problem but a symptom of an imbalance. Be careful of not getting an eating disorder as it s so easy to get. Try to remove processed foods - and get a diverse diet - you can try to remove dairy / eggs and try to get Whole Foods.
Can I eat brown bread?
What foods?
Mentioning food like egg and peanuts are not good for eczema which contains high protein and can not be digested which causes inflammation
Eggs and chicken are my eczema triggers!😢😢

Hi Christina ! I need help I really hope you see this!! I have had eczema mostly all my life I'm a 14 year old female and my eczema has gotten better its not bad like when I was younger. When I was little my parents gave me a cream that actually gave me skin discoloration. that happened over time of me getting older. It helped my itching. But my skin isn't the same in these spots the discoloration and just the texture in general is off Its a big insecurity I have. My eczema is just on my hands and wrist a bit and then the creases of my arms and back of my elbows. I am going to try and change my diet to see if it helps but I just don't know what to do about my discoloration. Ive had my discoloration for awhile is there still any way for me to restore my skin??
