Go with a house. These high end high rise units are extremely hard to sell. For over a million dollars people expect a very large front and backyard , driveway, multiple garage and their own personal pool in Houston.

That traffic in the Galleria Area is horrendous! The commute in the morning and after work is like nothing you never seen so leave at least an hour or two before so that gives you time to get to where you going on time.
