On August 21, four seedstock producers in Texas will offer premium Wagyu genetics for sale with advanced prediction calculations including genomically enhanced EBVs that are only now becoming available in the U.S. for Wagyu cattle.

Its "American Style Wagyu" Black Angus crossbreeds. That is not Japanese beef. Those labels are very deceptive. The FDA should make them label properly.
