Ha, great! Found mine on the Street, too. It´s a 2900mAh cell and 7! magnets overall. You can easily solder two wires to the two golden squares on the board, located between the little BGA and the big inductance in the middle of the board. Points are labelled B+ and B-. Dont need the switch nor the LEDs, it´s "always on" :) I have a bunch little 7W-solar panels and plan to charge the 10Wh-cell via one..

Try to dry it, have some rice around...if it was any sweet drinks, clean it with water and dry. Maybe you are lucky...
