The zeta potential has the same sign as the surface charge, which is positive in the electroosmosis example described here. This is consistent with the E-field and velocity of mobile counterions pointing in opposite directions. The calculation at 6:01 assigns positive values to both E and v, but since these are vectors, one of them has to be negative in this example, cancelling the minus in front, and leaving the zeta potential positive. The diagram starting at 6:30 is also drawn backwards, possibly because the speaker realized that it was the only way to account for the (wrong) sign of the zeta potential that was calculated.
