Whoa. It looks almost exactly like the Yamaha version cosmetically. I didn't know about these. I only have experience with the Elektra guitars. I have one of the Yamaha E1010. I''d personally rather have reverb than modulation delay. Very cool.

All made by the same Japanese company and, Yamaha and Electra aren’t the only versions, several other companies released essentially the same units under different names.
