Indian courts(most of them) are COMEDY CENTRAL. Indian Judiciary is like Nigeria.

When it is unconstitutional, it should be confiscated and the money should be used for the common public. Donors should pay their liable taxes.

Today the country is paying the heavy price and the part of the blame goes to some of Judges and judicial officers. The judge of the Calcutta HC joining the BJP party heralds how and to what extent the judiciary is corrupted. We have to enact a new law to deal with the menace of judges acting against the spirit of the Constitution.

Good move, corporations should be penalized heavily and if required the contracts are scrutinised before starting of project and add quality clauses without increasing the contract amounts.

The drama of justice goes on......and criminals are on the lead.

Since the electoral bonds were unconstitutional and illegal, the amounts collected should be credited to the treasury. Otherwise, it is like allowing the thief to keep the loot after being caught.

Sare exams meh paper le ek kar k apne pasand k mansektawalo ko khursee deh rakhe hai taki jaise chahe upar se order diya jai aur bail na diya jai. Isliye Neet k re exam nahi karna chahte hai kyun k jinko pass kiya hai woh fail honghe aur pol khul jayegi.

These donation are taxable in the hands of parties as it is not spent for purpose donoted.

If electoral bonds are illegal then why the all political party especially the ruling party are keeping that money with them. Why the receiver would not pay any tax with those money afterall this is a source of incomes. Taxes have to be imposed on the total money earned by the receiver of the electoral bonds.

Funda are already used for Election, what is the impact now. Time has value of voting too.

Electoral issue must be taken very seriously and cancel it as CJI has taken action must be implemented immediately by cancellation of bond's must be returned

The money should be refunded to the companies with deducting the taxes.
