Nothing is disgraceful in treating everyone with same rules. Custom officers are talking so polite--- It is 'us' Indians who need to learn respect other countries rules and regulations. The way this cricketer reacted is actually Disgraceful and disrespectful. (I am Indian and I am just ashamed of seeing this)

What does standout are the condescending words of the New Zealand official at 4:15, 5:10 & in the 6th minute. He’s putting on a show for the camera by unrelenting nonsensical utterances for which there was no need and Harbhajan does not fall for the white man’s trap thereby denying him his 2 minutes of fame. The other official tries again with Ganguly but yet again fails. The Kiwis seem so desperate to bask in borrowed sunshine from a visiting cricketing side but failed miserably both off & on the field.
