That dude with the red stuff is definitely miquela Or someone related to them Cause he has red hair like melenia And the whoentiem he fights his right hand is hanging like how miquela arm hangs Yes he uses it but very little cause in the fight we saw he used his other arm

Fromsoft has always kept their boss designs true to the bosses story. Snakes, forbidden flame, red hair etc does not signify anything about miquella. This is most likely a new character introduced. Also, the name was revealed in the collectors edition I believe. It's not miquella.
