Now that I actually finished the video, I may have something to add up. Have you ever tried the blood spiked palisate shield with shield crash ash of war? It actually fits perfectly with a blood gargoyle twinblade as it procs bleed and its last hit usually knock enemies on the ground giving you time to slash the hell out of them.

the more buffs you do the less time you will fight the boss. its your own choice how many buffs you will use.

Amazingly well-done video. I think my favorite was the double curved beastman swords build. I ended up switching them out for occult giant crusher for Elden Beast, but for areas where bleed words, the curved swords are so fast.

Ive honestly been experimentning with the strength arcane build and i am super happy with how powerful it is even though i dont have all the talismans for it. I still need to transition into NG+ to do that. It's supoer powerful and it can only get stronger from here on out! One thing that ive always been curious about is how does a pure magic damage class look like? What's the best optimization of a pure astrologist sorcerer? and what would a level 200 build of it would look like. Love the content I haven’t been on in 5 month in elden ring I’m max lvl in NG+6 and this really informative I like the bleed and strength but never cross my mind to stack a lot of items and curses

I watched the whole video and was fascinated by these builds and ‘proccing’. I am relatively new to Eldenring. I just recently started my 3rd play through and used a guide to make sure I didn’t miss any steps, as I had made many missteps in my first play through but what I would really like is to understand this world of proccing and buffing. Could you recommend a beginners build (one of your videos or someone else’s) that would serve as a good introduction to someone who is often all fingers and thumbs while trying to switch or load anything, particularly while being chased by a boss. I would really like to get good at this sort of thing, as most times I’m just frantically spamming the PS5 controller to kill an enemy before they kill me. Thanks.

I am on my 1st playthrough as Confessor and have been dual wielding 2 Bleed Broadswords when I get invaded and a fire claymore otherwise (with a couple incants for buffing and quality of life). I didn't realize it was so good until I got hatemail last night after the same invader teleported out of my world 3 times after failing to kill me 3 times. They would engage me once, nearly die in one attack and then run off. I just kept playing through the level slowly and repelling them in one or two hits. "Such a skilled player" I said thanks. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction. Haven't played a souls game since DS1 and am loving Elden Ring!

Twinblades helped a ton on Malenia, I only did the quick buff setup since I didnt want to do a lot of prebuffing when I knew I would die quickly when learning the fight but the insane bleed procs were awesome!

I would run dual seppuku for max damage, but throw bloody slack on a dagger or something so you can use when you feel like it

I was looking for something to do before starting NG+2 and decided to just get every item from every build from this video so i can use them all on my next play through if I wish lol Getting close to having at least one of everything in the game.

These builds are NUTS! I never really paid attention to build guides before, I knew there were strong possibilities but I never actually imagined these bosses could be straight up victimized like this. Love the video. But for the Imp fighting tower, all you have to do is throw crystal darts at the Imps (there is one on the left and one on the right side of the tower), and they will fight each other and open the seal on the door. All they have to do is fight each other.

Question, Im at 54 poise and med load, followed your guide pretty much exactly. Have dual gargoyle twin blades. Just curious how do i get use commander standard buff without being heavy load with the duals inhand also? Is there a trick or do i need to just boost my endurance beyond whats in the guide for those weapons'? Great guide and fun thus far, Thank you!

I've already watched all these guides on the main channel but watched them all again in this video. My only correction is that marais executioners sword is a better weapon than giants crusher and its not even close 😁

We appreciate you, and would not argue that for moderate to advanced level players Marais is better. Just takes a little more game knowledge and skill to get it off compared to the Giant Crusher.

gonna add to the lightning build. bolt of gransax will be your long rang tool. perfect for sniping bosses and far away enemies, it only requires *20 strength* *40 dex* but its definitely worth the investment as it does huge amounts of lightning damage. if you want a 3rd weapon id go with keen guardian's sword spear with either phantom slash or piercing fang ash, mix guardian with vikes dragonbolt and you'll be doing aton of damage. best part about guardian is itll swing like a regular sword instead of thrust.

Just go to NG and I have 80 arcane already (playing dual occult scavs) So I wanted to try this strength/aracne builds, which of the weapons would you recommend (marais, hammer, dual twinbalde, or witch to dual beastmans)? Or do they performe similarly well for a casual player (I don't want to do alot of buffs, seppukus are enough lol)

I'm confused, What ashes of war do you use for the strength bleed arcane? I have seppuku on one twin blade and bloody slash on the other but not sure if its necessary. Where would I put the Royal knights resolve? maybe I'm missing something. Still great video. Thanks for the tips.

I don’t know if this was changed, but I did the Thop questline within the last couple days, and was able to use the Erudition gesture to unlock the barriers without having one of the Glintstone Crowns on 🤷‍♀️

i did the same jump bleed build but with two occult scavengers and only investing in arcane. it doesn't seem as versatile as this strength build and is probably a little weaker but it's simpler and for me the curvswords feel better than twinblades.

Scavengers Curved Swords are extremely strong as well, against bosses and enemies that are not bleed immune, they are outperformed by this build yes, but they are still a VERY good choice. The biggest flaw is the lack of versatility in a pure arcane build as they are just the only solid weapon choice, and without seppuku they are just not great. People talking about them being better then the beastmans curved sword don't even consider that weapon vs weapon, beastmans are way better with much higher bloodloss... Really it is a seppuku build not a scavengers build lol, with any other ash of war they have low bloodloss buildup and damage isn't great, both beastmans curved swords and gargoyles are way better weapons. But while seppuku is active on both weapons, scavengers are a good option as well. Another benefit of beastmans over scavengers is you can get 2 in your first playthrough, scavengers you cannot.

what do you use at the start of the faith divergent build im trying to make it but its so hard to kill the bosses because i do barely any damage

What ash do you recommend for the guardian swordspear?

For the Carian Knight Mage build, this video says to start as a vagabond, but if you got to the website and click the videos for that build specifically, you said to start as an astrologer, has it changed, or does it not really matter?

A humble question,for Op and the rest experts. At 460 lvl,with strgh,dex and arc at 80 each,is occult affinity better on curved/twinblades than bleed,for best DPS? And also,the best buff sequence in this situation,if you d please😄

For the carian knight build, which ash of war can i use on Guardian's swordspear that works with Godfrey icon? It says that it increases "charged skills" and none of the ashes i have can be charged, idk if it will increase it either way

Okay, so just to make sure I'm understanding you right (I'm still learning Elden Ring a bit) for the strength build number 1, if the boss is immune to bleed you switch the ash of war affinity to occult? Doesn't matter what weapon you use? just whatever you prefer between the 4 options?

Yep, I would recommend Marais Executioner or Giant Crusher for Bleed Immune if you want something with more damage but Gargoyles and Beastmans will still do a lot of damage. Also, feel free to throw a fire Ash of War and fire affinity if the boss is immune to bleed and week to fire etc.

Used last build on first playthrough, beat Melania on second try ever at around level 145 - broken as shit
