Yeah, what he said about positive energy making your partner energetic and happy is true. I had a side job massaging clients at their homes, and at the time I was studying meditation from my master. I used what I learned from him to transfer energy to my clients, and it really helped them out. The other stuff he was talking about sounds mystical, but's actually very scientific. It's just basically sinking your weight into the ground, and knowing how to transfer energy from the ground to your opponent. Try pushing any expert grappler from MMA to collage wrestling to Tai Chi, and you'll see it's like pushing a tree.

I like what you said. I learned "meditation" on accident, but one of the take aways was the "cosmic smile" in the upper dan tien. When I was doing Aikijujutsu, none of the internals was taught to me yet, but, when I applied my meditation (meaning I "loved", had care, for my uke...) my techniques became more "mysterious" and the effects on their psychology and body were sometimes drastic. But without internals, it was two people clashing to overcome eachother or the other was just succumbing.

About pushing in martial arts; I can really see what you are saying; but I will note, that, I went into Aikijujustu with my Chi Kung background, and no ranks or beginners I could launch across the mat. I even did the Sensei once. Everyone had trouble manipulating or pushing or pulling my body. And during a group match, when the Sensei joined, I pushed him not straight across, but directly up in the air with my fingertips. So yes more experience fighters might be a tree...so pushing them straight across might feel like tension...but there's a way to stick to them and send them straight up with no effort except your internal connectedness, and allowing the shoulders to set and connect to the rest of your body. And of course, sinking, and rooting and being relaxed and released. Even picking up the Sensei from a squat position, felt effortless and light...like I was his partner in ballet lifting him up. So yea, this "stuff" is real if have the right teacher and are not "too in your head". But thanks for your insightful comment

What he’s saying and doing is absolutely right. However, forgot the Chi, the chi, the chi… just learn the methods and experience it as what it is. Chi stuff is too mysterious, mystical and not in the realm of understanding for most westerners as our world is today. Like another guy here said, YOU have to experience this state and feeling from that type of expression of energy/strength before you judge it! Otherwise you’re only robbing yourself of the possibility of what these skill truly are, and they’re truly wonderful 🙏🏻

If you've never done this or had someone actually show you it in person, IMHO, there is no way that you can begin to learn it by videos. To the uninitiated, it looks like a fake joke.

If you can get hold of the book backdoor into hermetics by sifu you will get to know his expertise and level. It is a boon that someone like him is producing all this for a very menial cost for the public. You wont ever regret enrolling for anybof his courses.
