    1. Egg is good 2. Boiled egg is only good 3. Egg with other oils (omelet and other) is too calories 4. 1 egg / day is good fr health 5. Diabetics patients should take 1 egg along with their multi vitamin tabs. Thank you doctor.. 💐🙏

    Ortho doctor prescribed only boiled egg as night meal against the issue on knee joint and weakness of leg. You suggested to take boiled egg in breakfast. Please clarify and suggest when to take boiled egg incase of ortho issue.
