Teresa, I want you to know, I never watched real house wives, I don't like reality shows. But I recognized you on my youtube feed so I watched. Happy I did. I love you, you are the sweetest person and have great recipes. I know your beautiful daughters and friends mean everything to you, but I love you. You can totally share videos of just you sharing recipes, I would love that just as much, maybe even more because you are that fabulous, just saying, love you ❤

Now that my garden produced lots of various Cucuzza and Zucchini I am making Zucchini Parmesan a lot more and tons of fried zucchini bread (fried breadcrumb cakes), Alot of people in my family taught us use the left over egg and bread to make the breadcake on top of the stove. But I add shredded zucchini and lots more cheese and EVERYONE loves it. Even the men in my house who are more picky meat eaters

OMG yes 🙌 My mom passed away from Pancreatic Cancer 2 years ago, and that’s one thing I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ how to make…many people make it all different ways! I don’t like mine with kidney beans 🫘 I like them with the small cannelloni beans yummy 😋

@@AmyCT622best is with Romano beans…boil pasta and add beans to your sauce then combine all…add cheese

There are no breadcrumbs in eggplant parm, except in America. In Italy you dredge in flour and then egg and fry. Then layer them with sauce and tons of parm sprinkled on each top of each layer of sauce. The magic is balancing the sweetness of the sauce with the saltiness of the parm. No mozz, no breadcrumbs. Also you salt in a sieve with weights for a 1/2 hr (can use heavy cans) to remove any bitterness, not necessarily moisture.

I think if this were to become a TV show I could see Teresa do her own Jersey version of the “Barefoot Contessa” Each episode Teresa would be cooking for her family and friends.
