I am vegan and was looking for a perfect cake recipe for so long. Believe me when I say that I have tried and tested so many recipes but only this one works the best. As is said I am vegan i.e. I don't consume any animal products no meat, dairy or eggs. I tried this recipe very carefully exactly how it has been shown with my home made peanut curd and soy milk. My cake has turned out to be gorgeous. I am so relieved that my search for a perfect sponge/tea cake recipe ends here and I cannot wait to make it again and again using different flavors.
