I tried this recipe for the first time & I must say it is really amazing. Only difference was that I had also added half packet of Eno. For 6x2 sized container it rises quite high while getting baked. And the quantity it is good enough for 6-10 people.

I just made the cake without frosting, and I tell you it's very delicious and soft, I would just recommend if you are baking it in microwave don't put it for more than 30mins, mine got burnt at the top(your cake may take more time, just start checking it after around 30mins), but it's ok I removed that layer and it tasted amazing! Which butter did uh use salted or unsalted ?

I made this today and I made it with egg I divided this recipe in a half since I am never able to make cakes and I was scared it was a single layer the cake was super moist chocolaty and delicious it's worth it I am gonna try it with full recipe some other day

THIS IS THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD! not exaggerating but it's literally just like the big chill's devil cake if not, then better. the cake is so soft, moist and literally tastes like heaven. the frosting is so bomb just make sure to use the best dark chocolate you could find because it really makes all the difference. the layers and the frosting is superb! chef's kiss!

Hey I just wanted to ask if i can control the amount of Coco powder and sugar in the cake, like can I put like 100 grams of Coco in the cake instead of 250 and can I put like 150 gms of sugar instead of 300. My family is diabetic so please tell me.

@@lazydoodling308 heyyy.... I think you can make the sugar 230?? I used 230 g but I didn't reduce the coco powder quantity cause that'll affect the chocolate flavour of the cake. Hope this helps !!
