I have tried your way of mixing ingredients and it really works. I never measure and andaza works for me. My husband by chance saw ur video and said ye hai Banda knowledgeable jo deep knowledge rakhta hai. Mast hai banda.

@Priyanka Christina Nandi Here is a foolproof date and walnut cake recipe. The recipe is actually a date and walnut bread but it is not as chewy as a bread it is rather soft the only thing I changes in this recipe is I added two eggs and not 1. It was more softer that way . Love ya 🧡🧡🧡 The cupcakes were awesome tbh especially with the cream cheese frosting, I suggest you don't skip the frosting at all, apart from that the cupcakes were rich, moist, and delectable! Also, if you would like to use eggs use 1 egg each for 1/4th cup of yogurt mentioned in the recipe.
