These cinnamon rolls are delicious and cinnamony. The glaze makes the top chewy and just right!
Ingredients:
Dough:
3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup full cream milk
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
Glaze:
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
Filling:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting:
2/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
