hey Priyanka!! made these today and i swaer these are the quickest and yummiest cupcakes I've ever had/made. the sweetness is just perfect not too sweet or less,the sponginess is to die for and the salted butter just takes these to the next level. @@nightapple3378 no do not add milk if you want them fluffy...consistency should be thick otherwise it will be uncooked from inside

Today I tried this recipe and as usual it turned out awesome..Please add 1/4 cup more milk while making this.. because with 1 cup pf milk,the batter becomes too think which may lead to crack the muffins..So I've added 1/4 cup extra milk and it turned out yummy..I baked it in kadhai and it took 30mins to bake 6..Thank a ton @terrace kitchen for this wonderful recipe..Looking forward to making more recipes..

@@anuradhanair5678 low flame, always use low flame for baking. Or you can also go with the option of - 1st 10 mins on medium flame and then on low flame till it bakes completely. I hope this helps.

I made these yesterday.Was a bit sceptical as have always made cupcakes with egg.But they turned out to be so yummy! They had puffed up like humpty dumpty! For once I felt like I was eating mawa cake, probably because of the milk powder. My kid liked it more than the ones i make with egg.Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

You might overmixed the batter or the temperature of the oven was high which can be the reason of hard outside and uncooked inside.

Are cupcakes in all supposed to be healthy plus milk powder is ok at a certain extent .. If you don't want to use milk powder use eggs they are "healthier".. Don't try it if you don't like it but her recipe works and that's it

I use this recipe to make vanilla butter cake and also make marble cake by dividing the batter into half, add cocoa powder in one half , layer the batter and bake. Turns out nice 👍
