1 cup equals 240ml. This recipe makes 6 medium sized cupcakes. If still the batter is left do not wait for one batch to bake; side by side you can bake the remaining in kadai or make pancakes out of it.

I have used microwave convection oven where everything is inbuilt and we just choose the mode. However if you are using OTG for baking only bottom rod is used

Please do not overbeat the batter it will result in dense cupcakes. Mix in all ingredients just until well combined.

Yes almost but not exactly. Just to giive an example; Cakes usually have frosting on them while muffins are never frosted any many other small differences.
