We are based in Chicago. Kids were craving cupcakes and we unfortunately get good eggless cupcakes. Vegan cupcakes are dense but these were so so good. Yesterday i made mini cupcakes following this recipe. The batter is good for 16 mini cupcakes. My kids loved it and give it 10 thumbs up. Tip: use tart curd it makes very soft cupcakes

It was a hit for me .. As for Malaysians .. you may use 'Bakers Choice' Tepung Gandum for this recipe as we dunt call 'maida' here ..I added ground walnuts and choco chips inside the batter.. Super delicious ,moist, soft and fluffy ..Thank you for this wonderful video..
