Not a true story. Adjusters vary depending on the person, not the company. Most contractors get a bad rep because the majority of them damage roofs themselves. Adjuster's don't think there is anymore contractors out there, just salesmen who don't know the difference between a Laminate and a built-up laminate

Mike B got a nope Allstate today. Dealt with this guy before and got it on the property on a readjust. Told the homeowner that today. Pretty sure he will be asking for it.

I’ve watched this video at least 10 times I swear .. I love it!!.. “ your right I’m an A-hole, I’m gonna pay for this Roof!!” Gets me everytime..

Haha a few years later, but shooting the shit with an IA is hit and miss. Could go either way, but goes back to the 80-10-10 you mentioned. The psychology behind communication is crazy. Thanks for the content.

Dude. I effing LOVE this chick. Not just because she's mega hot, which is what all men think. But she's RIGHT. VERY right. This is a GREAT video. Seriously. I've been around the game a LONG time, and everything she says (in every video I have seen) is SPOT on. Very good. She's a really phenomenal sales manager too. Look at how well she is keeping the gentleman's attention. She's easy to follow along with, very liable, fun, encouraging, intuitive, love her.

If it's an engineer, forget it. Send to an attorney if you are absolutely sure it's got damage. If the home owner has law and ordinance and recoverable depreciation the adjuster should pay the claimant.

Allstate notoriously denies their claimants, except CAT adjuster ...if a homeowner has done any temporary repairs ie: replaced a few shingles, they will deny the claim flat out. Never argue with an adjuster. Talk to the desk adjuster.

Its the truth, all roofers are aware of how bad Allstate is. If they find the truth Offensive perhaps they should change how they treat clients and claims.
