Talking Parents is much better than FW. I believe these apps are way more helpful that a text because everything is documented even the time they look at the all correspondence and if they don’t respond they cannot say they did not get the message or didn’t see it.

You guys are heroes *Uncoverlinks.* Making the world a better place, for real!!! I love the evidence after the access to win my child's custody. Does the FBI have a department doing something like this as well? If not, have they asked you guys to train people and teach them? Even if this idea is out of your hands I'm convinced they should acknowledge this issue and take action. I get so pissed off when I think of people are being cheated by those they love with all heads...!!!!!!!

It’s the legislative ,judicial branch, and mostly do traditional counsel that continues to allow this. I’ve used to happen because we live in a time of technology, or we could easily ensure affidavits and any evidence has foundation first it’s simple programming, but everybody else profits off this known absence for selfish benefit, rather than the children and families. Simply said all them the money and it goes to the greed

I wanted to comment specifically about the confusion surrounding a non parent and them making a medical decision, it is a thing. I am involved in a contentious custody dispute and the G/f has been able to place an advance directive on my daughters medical records after identifying herself as mom at the er one day, i have the medical record showing this happened, i had to fight hard to get that record because after she placed the directive she then made sure to make sure i had no ability to access medical records for my daughter until i contacted an ombudsman.

“ it just breaks my heart” in reference to letting parents have time with their kids at 44:00. “We really need to be separating children from their parents more than we already are. That’s why I get up every day and do this job.” The family courts are overrun by women . Women judges, women, lawyers, women clerks, woman bailiffs, etc. The system is overwhelmingly biased in favor of women, and especially as it pertains to custody. There is an unspoken ideology that children should be with their mothers. “ best interest of the children.” Which is in complete contradiction to the data that shows generally much worse outcomes for children raised in single mother household relative to 2 parent households, yet virtually the same outcomes of children raised in a single father households as children raised in 2 parent households

Very very wrong here, in the state of MIchigan it’s almost impossible to even prove non-physical abuse & addiction/alcoholism, and almost every case now starts at 50:50 unless really hard facts prove the child would be in life threatening danger. Some women in MIchigan have been placed in a position where they aren’t given a common ground but are forced to prove overt abuse & defend their own character to avoid losing precious safeguards to a manipulative, emotionally abusive or psychologically traumatizing father. I am absolutely in favor of 50:50 custody with 2 healthy, loving, stable parents but the initial default of 50:50 seems to be impossible to swing when real, current dangers or traumas are present

This is wrong. The judge, GAL and child representative are women in my case and they are bias towards my ex. He’s abusive and has physically threatened my 3 year old. They looked past that and terminated the order of protection and told me I did the wrong thing for trying to get an order of protection

Good content- however, evidence didn’t really seem discussed. It was more how you two interpreted other peoples questions and critiqued their questions and the way they’re worded. Not much discussion on actual evidence and how to present it in court. So the title was a bit misleading. Otherwise it was fairly good content- ❤
