Family law judges and family law attorneys are the lowest of the low. There’s a special place in hell for both. The system is corrupt, it’s mafia style where everyone is in cahoots with one another. Money is the all mighty motivator, not the best interest of the child. Educate yourself, never stop the fight, keep battling. ⚒️

I agree. The judge in my custody battle completely sides with my ex who has physically, sexually and mentally abused me and now this sicko sexually abused my five year old and the judge could not even grant my no contact order and wants to send my son back to this sicko. I'm disgusted with this corrupt world.

Whether father or mother in a case...the best way to go to court is to understand that particular coutrs' rules...dress as if you're going on a job interview... answer the questions from the mind of your child(ren)...trust yourself as a parent... remember that 18 years is not forever. Be that parent that your child will be proud of, and have faith and patience. Respectfully answer each question cordially. Show emotions accordingly. Remember you are representing and advocating for your child(ren), and not there for yourself. That's my best advice!

Reminder; there's is no such thing as an unbiased judge especially if they have been serving for long years, time spent has helped them form strong opinions on people. Alot of the time they have sized you up before you even open your mouth to state your concerns and in some cases they have already judged you. This will happen especially if they are prejudice or racist. They already have thier minds made up about your character solely based on thier perception of you.. this could be based on your race, creed, religion and orientation and there's absolutely nothing you can do about that

TBH, I am not buying the "judges are people, too, just like us" story. During my ~10 years litigating in family court, I came across ~25 judges, child support magistrates, and family attorneys. When I compare them to the corporate professionals I've worked with at Fortune 500 companies and tech startups (and the competence of these professionals), the family court practitioners rank in the bottom 20-35% in terms of intelligence. I found the family court practitioners to be lazy, incompetent, incapable of any depth of thought or analysis, gender-biased against dads, incapable of asking the right question to get to the truth, overly reliant on the use of cliches instead of real analysis, lacking in character/integrity, and far more interested in just going through the motions instead of finding the best interests of the child. And I WON my custody case, despite this hurdle. Not saying this to be mean...but to bring to light the obvious question: Is Family Court qualified to make competent decisions on behalf of families and children? Is it time to overhaul family court...or abolish it altogether?

  • @Mrs.FleetOwner

    @Mrs.FleetOwner

    Жыл бұрын

It definitely should not be abolished because if it doesn't exist, the Parental Alienation that a lot of bitter, disgruntled mothers impose against the father would be unchecked and will continue to be allowed. If the current family court system needs improvement then improve it but its definitely needed and shouldn't be abolished. The fathers won't stand a chance without something to go to when dealing with difficult mothers of their children

Family court judges are the most incompetent ppl in all of law. They don't care about the best interest of the child at all. For 2 years I was getting extorted for CS by my ex ($5500/month) to be exact only to find out that my daughter was being neglected. I then get custody and guess what the judge didn't do? Yep, make her pay CS to me and even maintain the same lifestyle that she had before. Oh and the judge told me that "I make too much $$ to get CS." i didn’t even want her $$ anyway but it is the principle.

He’s never made any attempt to sanely provide for my child, attempted to kidnap her 2x in 2020 and the court (magistrate aka even ore incompetent than fam judges) disregarded everything gave him joint legal. A indefinite harassment tool for his idiot ass to continue his narcissistic activity. Smh Why not give a single parent that solely provides and cares fora child SINCE BIRTH SOLE LEGAL custody!!?!?! That varies state by state. Appeals take a lot of work to put together, But many people have done it. And you would go to your state's court website to figure out the process and procedures for filing an appeal. process and procedures matter a lot...and they vary by state. As for feedback on a judge, States usually have an office for judicial misconduct... but the name of that office varies by state.

I am in the middle of dealing with cps and the courts. I believe that the next court hearing is a case review then termination of parental rights hearing/court. I have two court appointed attorneys and both have quit. They both quit when I asked them about my rights and to defend them. The commissioner said that I don't get another court appointed attorney, that I have to hire an attorney or self rep myself. Well I'm unable to afford attorney. So I started looking at my case files and discoved that I was never officially served. There has been two other court hearing in which there has been a certificate of service attached to the judgment. Am I now able to ask for dismissal due to no service in the beginning of the case

So my ex has a high profile attorney that is friends with judges they have been known to go out and have lunch and dinner etc….One of the judges heard our PFA case and actually recused himself because he was my ex attorney for several years, but made an order because my ex got mad and told them to give me whatever I want so he can have his clothes out my house… well when I filed for custody he denied my emergency hearing and the ICC was sent to him as well and I kept having a hard time getting heard because he is not supposed to be on the case since it’s a conflict of interest…so I filed a judicial complaint… now I have another judge who gave me emergency custody, but then turned around and gave my ex a $250 fine, for several PFA violations one of them being he tried to break in my home while out on bail on 3 felony warrants… come to find out my ex is an informant and the police and DA are on his side…. I have some damaging proof of crimes that my ex committed that I offered to the pd and they refused to take it so I plan on bringing it to court and using it for custody and a reason for my relocation…I’m just praying the judge doesn’t get pissed off because it’s not criminal court but I believe it’s vital in my child’s safety because I don’t know who is after my ex for retaliation and I don’t want my son in the crossfire of his bs

The judge in our case has disregarded evidence from the Court and Family Liasion Services that concluded my ex-husband to be emotional abusive to both my children, social services and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services have provided written evidence to say the same. The Judge has dismissed, without even looking at this evidence, and sent me back to mediation with my ex concluding we are parents arguing over days, because this is what my ex keeps saying. Obviously I can disagree with him, but then I am arguing with him which proves her case. Mediation have refused to mediate due to safeguarding concerns over the children. How do i get the Judge to listen to the evience regarding the safeguarding concerns about my children

Vermilion County Illinois is disgusting when it comes to child custody. My son has been going through his custody case for over FOUR years now and he has YET to even see a judge. The mom has kept his daughter from hlm for over THREE of those years and still he hasn't been able to get in front of a judge. They are slime or whatever is lower than slime! His attorney agrees with anything the opposing side wants and has yet to get anything in writing from the opposing side or anyrhing signed by a judge. No even temp visitation! And this is after his daughter lived with him the 1st four years of her life, until moms new bf decided to cut this side of the family out of the child's life. This has been allowed to go on for over four damn years! Disgusting!

Here is my case story Been with my child mother for 9 yrs. I have been in my child life since he was born. He is 11 yrs old now mother decided to let girlfriend manipulate her into cheating we broke up messed up my child and he lost the stability of mom and dad. Then she proceeded to get a person who hated me cause he was bum and I was taking care my child ,working and living in my own place and he was not. Ok then she stated keeping our son away from me, for 3 months I didn’t see my son . I cared her to court I got every weekend for 1 yr . This was bullshit. Then I got another attorney cause after the year was up she stated keeping him away from me again this attorney took my case and I had evidence of contempt and a case against her . The court gave me every other weekend and 1 day the following week. This was the second bullshit how the court fucked me over from 50/50. Then she retaliate with child support after 10 yrs of taking care my son cause she was embarrassed in court by the judge and my attorney. (Bummer for me ) My attorney fucked me over by getting my child support date mixed up and lying to me they had child support over the phone cause I was and 200 mi away. I told him to reschedule he told me they trying to have my case now.My attorney fucked me over with that . I trying to hold it together now got one more attorney and to and go to court for my temporary custody and child support which was temporary. My attorney had pics , text messages, paperwork, phone calls , documents and evidence against her showing she was at fault. We went to court none of the evidence was mention in this case I was like what the fuck and she had no attorney all in this case. To me it was the best interest for our child that what matters in a custody case. Anyways we were going for 50/50 custody the judge told us that he will get back in two weeks of his ruling cause this was a hard case to decide. ( I knew I was about to get fucked my attorney talking I think we got your 50/50 . I knew I had lost and you fucked me in court by not providing no evidence. So I got lost my every other weekend adding some days and still gave her 16 to my 12 days in a month. The story and results that judge made a permanent custody order not in the best interest of our child but to make sure I stay on child support with no reduction and in the system. As a man in the court I realize you cannot get 50/50 custody unless you find reason the mom was unfit or in contempt. I got fucked big time this one ran over my days kept my son from and I built a case up against her and still got shitted on. What do I do now I have no more fight left in my I tried so hard , I have been a good dad and been there for my son and I felt I got shitted on. Sheesh 😒

Here's a skit of my case. Like ClaiminG that Guy "A" stole. But theres a video of guy "b" stealing. Guy "A" is charged and his child taken away. The judge didn't get told about the video of guy "B committed the crime" So guy "A" was presented as guilty. Amd forced to pay and attny still didn't bother showing the evidence of guy "B" stealing. Guy "A" is scared and intimidated into signing filing papers the attny refused to explain. Asking for an investigation.... Meanwhile... Then the other side muddied water....and Guy "a" cant afford the battle. Guy "A" still sits accused 3yrs later. 3yrs innocent as god is alive with out his child.

I am in new jersey, the family court system here you get the same judge in morris county. My x husband got away with so much in court with his lies and being abusive to me and my children. He got away with everything. The lawyers i got only took my money and didnt do much. Child services is a joke they believe the liars and abusers. My x husband is a Naracist, and he said false assassinations against me to child services when he was the one who was abusive to me and my children. Child services gave him my children and took them away from me. The judge also believe my x husband's lies and he got away with everything.

  • @FatherX2022

I would say yes. You should document all the efforts you made to see your son and her denials of access to your son. This includes phone records. But I think emails are better, because they show the words that you used... As opposed to a phone bill with just her number. Document phone calls and emails and texts. Word of caution... Even if you have the right to contact her, do not let it get to the point of harassment. Everyday might be too much. And you shouldn't leave threatening messages, just plain vanilla, that you want to see your son. Another caution is that if you leave her voicemails and do not have recordings of those, she might come back and claim that you will have to threatening messages... Depends on the kind of person she is. And I assume there are no restraining orders in place to prevent you from contacting her...

I let him deal with his addiction to be a healthy person and it never benefitted my daughter. I feel like he's gonna get my kid and he'll take her to a drug dealers house, again. I did however tell his mother that he could no longer have her unsupervised because I wasn't gonna risk my daughters life like he had many times. I don't have any elders and I have a 10 year old son who is special needs and just feel this stranger just wants to take our kid so he can use her. He forgwts one “small” detail family court judges have a financial interest in custody cases since courts receive funding ($1)for every dollar collected in child support cases. Thats why they violatate your parental rights to make a case and relegate one parent (usually the one who makes more money)so he has to pay into the system. So if these judges are”humans” as our judge here says that is debatable.

I hear you, brother. Here's a tip... It's not about being real or acting. Research the "best interests of the child" in California state law, Google it. There are things that are considered best for the child. If you focus all of your talking in court about how your parenting is better for your child than the mother's parenting... That's when you start handcuffing the judge and taking away their ability to be gender biased. in court, when everybody talks in circles about nothing, the judge tends to just rubber stamp the mother for everything. So you have to change the conversation to focus on what's best for the child and keep showing evidence and documentation that you are just as good a parent as the mother or better. And remember that judges cannot compete with intelligent thought. But judges can compete with you when it comes to anger and power in the courtroom because they can have you arrested or take your child away. So fight smart. Hope that helps.

  • @nicholeashley7651

So I'm just going to say, it's not a gender based thing all the time! I was a full time stay at home mother to both our kids. Their father is an alcoholic, has two DUIs, was extremely emotionally/mentally abusive to all of us, and physically to me... did not help parent thr kids but took pictures with them ti put on social media and make it look like he loves them and is involved, he mever was though. Then turned his and my entire family against me, convinced them I was crazy and mentally unstable. I never spoke up about it much, the few people I did tell didn't believe me or care really lol then he leaves, and files for divorce in sept. I let him take them for Thanksgiving, he refuses to return them the next day. I call sheriff, they can't do anything. Get them back after 4 days. [He had NEVER had them overnight alone because of the drinking] they were 4 and 1... so I keep them and file for parenting plan. Takes 2 months to see a judge, he gets an attorney by that time. They convinced the judge I am withholding for no reason and just being vindictive. Tell the judge his days off are TH-SUN. no evidence to back it [it's actually SAT/SUN] Judge believes everything they say, gives my kids to him TH-SUN. Even though I had told the judge in my statement about the abuse and about him keeping them from me for 4 days, traumatized them. About his alcohol issues. And him not actually having TH-SUN off... and that my son was in PREK so how would he go Friday? [We live an hour away from each other] Judge didn't care at all. Didn't ask for any evidence from them. And it continues that way to this very day. I am now three years into this divorce, as of September. I always provide evidence, I am always honest and I am always trying to do best for my kids. We see a different judge every time and he uses that to his advantage. If I bring up anything it's brushed off no matter how much evidence I have... I had a lawyer for a brief period and she tried to compel him to provide necessary documents asked for in her interrogatories, it had been 6 months... we needed them for mediation before our settlement conference. The judge DENIED the motion... like HOW DO YOU DENY SOMETHING WE NEED TO FINISH THE DIVORC!?? The system is insane in WA state... he could say I sprout three heads and eat the neighborhood children, and they would look at him and be like..." omg you poor thing! I'm sure she does! I'm so sorry you had to go through that!!!" I have never been disrespectful, my children have never been hurt with me, I have tried to coparent, bent over backwards to make it least stressful for my kids, I log on the OFW, I have teachers concerned, DCYF was concerned, I don't everything right and still get brushed off and treated like i am some mother who ran off and abandoned her kids and never really took care of them. My parenting plan HAS been altered since my oldest started school to M-F but that's the only reason. They beg me not to go every weekend, they hate it there still, even after over 2 years. If he was a good dad, they should love going... [I am not one of those mothers who talks shit about the dad. I believe fuckkng with a kids head space is just as vile as fucking with their body... especially when you hold the position of parent/guardian. Their father DOES do it, though, it has severely damaged my relationship with my kids. Courts don't care though... and I have no clue WHY. So just know you are not alone, and it's not always because of gender... because I was a full-time SAHM from the day my first was born... they were/are both happy and healthy and thriving in my care, but it didn't/doesn't matter. And they wonder why we stay with our abusive partners for so long... at least we can protect them if we are there with them. 🤷🏻‍♀️😵‍💫 Good luck to you!!

Judge: you’re doing BACKFLIPS defending the IN_DEFENSIBLE. Family “law” is NOT a real court. It does not require evidence, follow procedures, is transparent etc. the ONLY advice you should be giving men is AVOID this schitt like the damm plague
