People saying Nate did not wanted to finish is just simply wrong. Like he did not thought he gonna hurt Leon. In this fight or in any other when Nate lands a shoot he always makes fun of the opponent by doing something silly. And this time it was the same thing. Simply he did not know he gonna rock Leon. But as soon as he realised he went after him with everything he had. So it's not like "I know i hurt him but i am gonna let him recover and then i go after him. The case was not Nate missing a finish. He simply did not know he hurt Leon and that's why he hesitated to go forvard. As he saw Leon stumbling around he immidietly went after him trying his best

Diaz is always the underdog in most of his fights but still manages to entertain and pull off some incredible upsets. That's why he's the people's champ. If he went in for the kill instead of showboating after that punch, the fight would've taken an unexpected turn

It's a tough business when your greatest asset is durability...
And that's why leon Edwards has the most aesthetic physique
Nate showed the world that he had Edwards easily beat in the 5th round, and could have finished him off. But Nate didn't care about winning this fight and got more entertainment out of pointing and making fun of Edwards stumbling like a drunk.

nate had a whole minute to finish leon but he couldnt cause leon absolutely demolished his ass for 24 minutes straight. what do you mean by he didnt care bout winning thats just another excuse you nate fans put after seeing him get that beating the whole fight. leon used what left of conciousness and got back on his feet and nate clearly went for the finish but couldnt.

nate got told before this fight he wasnt supposed to win. leon was the #3. if nate knocked edwards down in this exchange he wouldnt have went for a finish. leon survived nate, not the other way around. who fights 5 rounds for fun. it wasnt the main or co main. nate wanted 5 rounds. so did leon as a tune up for usman 2. @@bachikhlakhdar9563

I really cannot understand how Nate is able to tank all these hits . He is a fucking beast .
Diaz never quits.
Leon took a lesson from this fight and applied it to become the champ in the last minute of a fight that he was losing.
Nate Diaz is just a different sort of beast.
nate really did sacrifice win for badass pose lol

Its sad that I didnt appreciate the Diaz brothers while they were active. I didnt know much bout the Diaz and I though they were fake wannabe gangsta, playing a character you know. But over the years I realize they are as real as it gets haha. Dont mess with these dude or you gonna get it. PS Larone is much more gangster tho.
Leon lands a big left hand, Rogan:"Beautiful left hand" Diaz lands a pillow right hook:"OOOOOOOHHHH"
U-Decision should give this win to Diaz, because diaz gave this win to Leon.
As he saw Leon stumbling around he immidietly went after him trying his best
nate diaz ❤ our heart

Nates been in some rough fights man, the guy you have to beat...
why didnt Nate go for the finish after he rocked him at the end ? He took the time to stop and point, surely training should prioritise the finish.
Good
Wow he had Edward’s knocked out at the last 30 seconds, diaz gave him time to recover. Kinda seems fair since Edward’s back off when he open up his cut. It seems the longer diaz fights he gets stronger and more focused.
